Why can't we do this?

Why can't we scale -up the solution to a Sydney size?

Watch this and ask yourself the question.

Why can't we scale -do this in the greater Sydney area? We know the waste is there at producer and wholesaler level.

Here's an action model

Yes, Andrew it is a beautiful video. Gleaning in the past and in the urban present for some was or is a necessity. Might we make it a charitable activity in the future by those doing OK to help those it tough? People like Oz Harvest and others are doing it to some extent now, but still we waste so much food it's obscene.

Just on gleaning, look out for Agnes Varda's beautiful film "The Gleaners and I"
